So we know we need to move our bodies, but what type of exercise is the right type of exercise for you?
As an active walking trainer I teach correct walking technique for good posture and joint health, showing you how to get a great cardio workout without hurting your knees. As a Pilates instructor we work on strengthening and lengthening all muscles in our bodies as well as working on core stability and balance. When teaching body conditioning we work our bodies for everyday life. UNITE classes fuse yoga, Pilates and body conditioning, so something for everyone. I’m passionate about dance and as a dance fitness instructor we work our brains as well as our bodies!
